Elkins High School in Elkins, AR, partnered with Nevco to boost the game-day atmosphere at Elkins Elks Arena with multiple scoring upgrades. Hanging above center court is a full-color, 6mm 4-Face LED Video Display (6.92’H x 9.45’W on each side) complimented by a full-color 10mm LED Video Ring (2.1’H x 9.19’D) beneath it to showcase a 360-degree view of the action. The jumbotron features a virtual scoring package and unlimited capabilities to show content from Nevco Creative Services, as well as four custom wedge panels and a custom-imprinted mesh bottom with variations of the school name and mascot to further enhance school spirit. Also lighting up the arena is 50′ of 6mm LED Scorers Tables lined up courtside, totaling more than 958,000 vibrant pixels among all displays.
The scoring solutions also include a pair of Model 2780 Intelligent Caption™ Scoreboards on each end in Print Black with Purple Striping and White LED Digits. The scoreboards feature 10×2 Model ADI Signs proudly showing “Elkins High School” with the school mascot. A set of SSC-T5 Shot Clocks, End of Period Lights, and Model 9715 Locker Room Clocks complete the arena’s upgrades.
