What attracted you most to partnering with our sports marketing team? The simplicity and ease of dealing with this company is what has kept us coming back.

How has the sponsorship program benefited your athletic department? Our department has been able to add 4 new scoreboards (working on a 5th), a video board, and a basketball scorer’s table through the revenue generated.

How has the sports marketing services helped alleviate some of your day-day responsibilities?  Yes they have.  How? We give them ‘leads’ and they basically do all of the ‘leg work’, saving me the time and hassle!

What would you say to an Athletic Director considering our sports marketing services? They are the best in the business.  Like I said, we have been partnering with them for 20 plus years.  I wouldn’t think about looking at anyone else to help secure our needs.

Bellmont High School has been a long standing customer of our sponsorship services. In our latest conversation, we had the opportunity to ask Athletic Director, Dale Manis, how our sports marketing program has helped his department.

How long have you or your school utilized sports marketing? 15+ years

What attracted you most to partnering with our sports marketing team? Their customer service has been top notch; their revenue generating products coupled with their ability to take those things off of an AD’s plate.

How has the sponsorship program benefited your athletic department? Without these programs teams and the athletic department would have to look for more exclusively into the use of additional fundraising.

What obstacles do Athletic Directors face that prohibit them from bringing in new sponsorship revenue effectively? Being in a small town limits and creates natural barriers to continuously have to seek out monies from the same businesses over and over again. Businesses have limits to what they can and will do.

How has the sports marketing services helped alleviate some of your day-day responsibilities? Yes How? Being able to free up some of my time and still generate revenue for my athletic department has been huge.

In our most recent Athletic Director conversation, Kurt Ogden, outlines the benefits he has seen from the sports marketing program.

How long have you or your school utilized sports marketing? Since 2006 (14 yrs.)

What attracted you most to partnering with our sports marketing team? The time it takes to seek advertising sponsors is hard for me to do on top of all my other duties. It’s nice to have a company such as Slam Dunk do that for me.

How has the sponsorship program benefited your athletic department?We have received revenue that has helped offset costs in my budget.

What obstacles do Athletic Directors face that prohibit them from bringing in new sponsorship revenue effectively? As mentioned before, my time is limited. With the expertise that they have in working with advertising sponsors, it eliminates a major item from my plate

How has the sports marketing services helped alleviate some of your day-day responsibilities? How? Yes- Slam Dunk (Kevin Stephenson) has installed new & removed old panels from the scrolling sign located below the scoreboard in the main gym.

What would you say to an Athletic Director considering our sports marketing services? The money generated is well worth it, the service was outstanding & the quality of product was top-notch.
