Swim Meet Starter System
The Swim Meet Start System is an integral part of your meet scoring set-up. It triggers the start of the race and the timing sequence, ensuring accuracy every time. The Start System comprises the following:
- Start Unit SU3: Includes a start button to trigger the start and integrates with the microphone, allowing you to make announcements to swimmers
- SPA2 Speakers: One speaker per lane that alternates between active and passive speakers, projecting the starting sound and commands
- Flash XL Start Flash: Provides fair starting conditions for hearing-impaired swimmers
Semi-Automatic Swimming Timing Systems
Semi-Automatic Timing Systems are ideal for lower-level swim competitions. They have manual finish triggering via a push button. Two types of Semi-Automatic Timing Systems are available: a Cable System and a Wireless Radio System.
Fully Automatic Timing System
Our Fully Automatic Timing System is ideal for larger or elite-level competitions and can control up to 16 lanes on both sides. It incorporates SwimTime software and intelligently triggers off of the Touchpad rather than a manual push button.
Industry-Leading Touchpads
Nevco and Alge-Timing Touchpads are the best in today’s market. Our patented design includes a rugged grip surface of lamella strips with nubs, providing a desired grip for backstroke starts and wall turns. Each touchpad contains hundreds of small holes that allow water to flow through, producing optimal water current conditions for all lanes.
We have three touchpad styles available:

- TP1580C
Relay Take-Off Sensors
Alge-Timing Relay Take-Off Sensors contain high-quality stainless steel and a slip-resistant surface. There are two sensor models: the SWR7 and SWR7M. Both provide relay take-off times, block-off times, and reaction times.
Display Boards
Whatever the size of your aquatic facility or natatorium, our display boards suit your needs. We offer boards in Numerical and Alpha-Numerical Displays.
Numerical Display Boards
- Single-line display boards to show rank, lane, and time for one swimmer at a time
- Can show all swimmer results alternating
- Multi-line display boards show result times for every lane
Alpha-Numerical Display Boards
- Incorporates message centers with traditional numerical display boards
- Can show the competition name, heat number, swimmer name, or promotions
Video Displays
Nevco Video Displays fully integrate with all Alge-Timing systems. Adding a video board to your swimming facility elevates the experience for swimmers and spectators.
Show live feeds, instant results, and replays for every swim meet. Plus, you can entertain fans during breaks and intermissions with prompts and advertisements. The options are endless!

Backstroke Start Aid
The Backstroke Start Aid is compatible with all starting block brands.
OPTIc3 Video Backup
The photo-finish OPTIc3 system records all movements in the start and finish area in 2-D mode at 100 fps. The video footage can be used as backup evidence in case of protest, which is especially helpful for relay take-offs.
Swim Training
Prepare your swimmers easily with Alge-Timing’s training program. It utilizes the Timy3 timing device to provide specific measuring features for two training lanes.

Pace Clocks
Alge-Timing’s 4-Digit Programmable Pace Clocks are the perfect solution to aid your swimmers in their training. Time their swim, monitor their progress and track their splits with ease. Features include:

- Can be used as a Water Polo Shot Clock
