Nevco Unveils Hockey Displays in Record Time
New LED technology enhances fan engagement, elevates game day experience, and brings the action to life at Fidelity Bank Worcester Ice Center’s premier rink.
EDWARDSVILLE, IL, February 19, 2025 – The Fidelity Bank Worcester Ice Center in Worcester, MA, is raising the stakes for every game day with powerful new additions to its twin-rinks: two cutting-edge Nevco hockey video displays that promise to take the fan experience to the next level.
In partnership with Nevco, an industry leader in sports display technology, the Fidelity Bank Worcester Ice Center now boasts two high-tech, vibrant custom 4-Face Center-Hung 3.9mm Full Color LED Video Displays that are sure to transform the way hockey fans, players, and coaches experience every moment of the game. Whether you’re catching every slap shot or tracking that buzzer-beater goal, these dynamic new video boards put all the action front and center. Both displays are completed with imprinted wedge panels and an imprinted bottom to display their logo and sponsors.

The new Nevco displays do more than keep score—they make the entire game come to life. The displays are fully customizable, displaying key game information like time, penalties, team scores, and period updates—all in real-time, and all with unprecedented clarity.
Nevco teamed up with the Peter Albrecht Company (PAC) on this project, which featured the installation of both center-hung displays using a hoist system. Tasked with a tight project timeline, Nevco and PAC were committed to completing this installation in record time with no interruption to the rinks’ schedule.
