Wenatchee Valley College Is Ready to Make Some Noise

Nevco helps elevate Wenatchee Valley College’s game for the 2025 season.
EDWARDSVILLE, IL, March 11, 2025 – Wenatchee Valley College in Washington is kicking off the new year with an exciting upgrade to its campus softball facility, bringing top-tier Nevco technology to the forefront of athletic and community experiences! Wenatchee has proudly installed a Full Color 10mm LED Video Display, setting the stage for an outstanding 2025 season.
After the 2023-24 season, Wenatchee’s Softball coach, Iris Rodriguez, ranked #4 out of all coaches within the Northwest Athletic Conference! In addition, the team won 31 out of 46 games during the season. With major successes like these, the Knights were more than deserving of their new state-of-the-art upgrades.
“We are thrilled to work with Wenatchee Valley Community College to bring our video display technology and signage solutions to their campus,” said Tyler Klostermann, Senior Sales & Operations Manager at Nevco. “At Nevco, we’re passionate about enhancing the fan experience, and we’re excited to see how this new installation will elevate the WVC community’s events and athletics. It’s all about creating unforgettable moments for students, faculty, and fans alike.”
The newly installed LED Video Display will bring electrifying clarity and vibrant visuals to all sporting events, making every game, highlight, and score even more exciting for everyone. Whether it’s a thrilling softball game or a campus event, the high-definition display ensures no moment goes unnoticed!
And that’s not all! The Non-Lit Signage is an eye-catching addition that displays the school’s name and “Knight’s Fastpitch.” This add-on is a great way to customize Video Displays and make them your own.
In 2021, Paul Thomas Sr. Field, home of the Wenatchee Applesox Baseball Club and WVC Knights Baseball team, was upgraded with a 9.89’H x 24.2’W Nevco video board. The facility, which is located on Wenatchee Valley College’s campus, hosts the Knights in the spring and the Applesox in the summer seasons.
“We’re thrilled to enhance our campus with Nevco’s technology,” said Brian Kortz, the Athletic Director for Wenatchee. “These upgrades will not only improve the way we experience softball games, but they’ll also help us better engage our community.”
Stay tuned, because at WVC, the game is about to get even more exciting with these dynamic new additions. Go Knights!
