The Champaign Unit 4 School District in Champaign, IL, partnered with Nevco to transform the game-day experience at Tommy Stewart Field, the home of Champaign Central High School and Centennial High School. Lighting up the field is a full-color 16mm LED Video Display spanning 9.9’H x 22.05’W, offering over 75,000 pixels of engaging highlights and intros, interactive graphics and prompts, sponsorships and more from Nevco Creative Services. The vibrant pixels are situated above a Custom Strip Football Scoreboard in Jet Black with Amber LED Digits and Red Electronic Team Names, completed with a 24′ x 3′ ADO Sign situated beneath it featuring space for sponsorships. Above the display is a Stadium Pro™ 1000 Sound System with custom-imprinted front mesh scrim proudly showing “Tommy Stewart Field”. Topping off the entire scoring solution is a 4′ x 24′ Decorative Arch Truss with 5′ x 5′ logos prominently featuring each school logo. The upgrades were completed with a set of DGT-6 Delay of Game Timers.
