NEVCO ROARS INTO JUNEAU-DOUGLAS HIGH SCHOOL WITH EYE-CATCHING NEW VIDEO DISPLAYS
GREENVILLE, IL, August 24, 2017– The state of Alaska is no stranger to Nevco Scoreboards; however, the Crimson Bears of Juneau-Douglas High School in Juneau, Alaska will become the state’s first school to house brand new, state-of-the-art Nevco Video Displays.
The two wall-mounted 10mm LED Full Color Video Displays coming to Juneau-Douglas High School will provide Crimson Bear fans with an engaging game-day atmosphere in over 88,000 pixels through limitless fan prompts and revenue-generating messages from local businesses and boosters on each side of center court. The Model 8815 video displays are from Nevco’s innovative Standard Indoor Video Display line, which gives customers a flexible and enhanced scoring solution without the complexity that typically accompanies video display solutions. Each display will be equipped with Nevco’s exclusive Display DirectorTM Software to manage game-day operations.
The Crimson Bears integrated Nevco’s Model 2781 Intelligent CaptionTM Scoreboards, complete with Electronic Team Names, alongside the new video displays, which allow an effortless switch between sport modes and interchangeable team names. A top sign displaying the school’s mascot in crimson red further personalizes the scoring solution.
The new Nevco Video Display and Scoring Solution is set to install in the Fall of 2017.
