Navajo Preps with Nevco Video Solutions for Upcoming Seasons
With an elevated game-day atmosphere in place, the Eagles are ready to latch onto the next state championship.
EDWARDSVILLE, IL, November 14, 2024 – Navajo Preparatory High School in Farmington, New Mexico, proudly announces the installation of a cutting-edge Nevco indoor scoreboard and video display system at their gymnasium. This significant upgrade marks a new chapter in the school’s commitment to enhancing the athletic experience for students, fans, and the community.
The new Full-Color 6mm True Pixel Video Display stretches 12.5’H x 17.32’W and is comprised of 528,000 pixels. Resting below the display is a custom Nevco LED Scoreboard with white digits.
Completing the Eagles’ new scoring set up is a Nevco Model 2772 scoreboard placed on the opposite end of the gymnasium along with a pair of SSC-7 Shot Clocks and End of Period Lights lining the backboards.
These indoor systems represent a major advancement in sports technology, providing the school with unparalleled capabilities for game-day entertainment and information. The state-of-the-art system features a high-definition video board that delivers crystal-clear visuals and vibrant colors, ensuring that every moment of the action is captured with stunning clarity.

The girls’ and boys’ basketball teams both finished as 3A State Champions last season and have ambitions to do the same again. This upgrade not only enhances the spectator experience but also supports the school’s athletic programs by offering a platform for showcasing achievements and engaging the community. Navajo’s athletic programs are difficult to beat, and this installation will only increase the pressure on opponents.
