This role provides support to end users for problems with Microsoft Windows XP / 7, Email, Internet applications, MS Office, network connectivity, and a variety of other applications and network services. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems, responding to requests for technical support and providing documentation, assisting in installation, maintenance and general support of servers and web applications, performing system backups and recovery, and quality control evaluations of display devices and other equipment. Candidates must have 3+ years experience in IT support and systems maintenance.
